We do not offer refunds or returns on delivered material goods purchased on this site, digital downloads, therapy sessions, retreats or courses. To request a refund or reorder of good that have been damaged in shipping, please contact us at Help@Bathurstfamilytherapy.com with your name, item of purchase and images of the damage.
